Welcome Bloggers, 
This is my online eating diary, if any of you follow my other blog NakedBlueberry then I'm sure you would have seen that I'm trying to eat healthy and I thought what would be better than to post what I eat and what I think is a healthy meal. Especially in the beauty/fashion industry weight has a huge impact. In magazines you only ever see size 6 or 8 girls when its just not realistic in the 'real world' Appearance shouldn't mean everything because its what's inside that really counts. However at the end of the day us girls desire to have amazing pins, flawless skins and big boobs and damage our bodies by following extreme diets just to look what magazines believe is 'beautiful'. But this isn't a diet, it is healthy eating which is the best way to watch your weight and it just makes you feel great, ensuring your getting all the right nutrients you need on a daily basis. I wanted to post what I eat to give other people an idea of what to eat if you to want to eat healthy. Some days I may just post pictures if I'm in a rush, other days I may explain what I did, how I made the meals etc. Hope you all enjoy and find it useful!
